China Wood Optimization (Holding) Limited is a China-based company principally engaged in the processing, production and sales of wooden panels. The Company operates through two business segments. The Processed Wood Panels segment is engaged in the production and sales of wooden panels processed under the Company’s self-developed wood processing procedures. The Processed Finger Joint Wood Panels segment is engaged in the sales of wooden panels produced from the pressing and laminating cut-offs. These cut-offs are produced from the trimming process of the processed wood panels. The Company’s customers mainly include manufacturers of floor stairs planks, furniture manufacturers, property developers and wholesalers of wooden panels in China. The Company is also engaged in the investment holding business through its subsidiaries.
