Emily and Toni Scimeca are celebrating one year in their new home at our Meadowsweet Farm development in Leamington Spa.

The couple settled into their three bedroom Keydale housetype at the beginning of 2019 and have since got married and welcomed their one year old son, Enzo.

Commenting on their first year at Meadowsweet Farm, Emily said: 'We have really enjoyed the past year. It has been wonderful watching the site grow and the new families move in. We have made lots of new friends and have begun to form a great little community which offers both friendship and support. We have even hosted a mini bonfire night to get to know everyone!'

Emily and Toni were keen to find a home which was close to both of their places of work, as well as great links to shopping facilities and local schools, which will now become even more important as their son gets older. Toni commented: 'We are excited to see the new play areas completed and can't wait to watch our son grow up with the other children in the neighbourhood.'

The couple were originally looking for a home that was ready to move into, which is what they found straight away. Toni commented: 'We had the joy of decorating the nursery for our baby boy and, externally, we have landscaped the garden and added outdoor lighting. Enzo loves playing outside and we feel very safe and secure.'

Commenting on their surroundings, Emily said: 'We love having access to more rural surroundings such as the Country Park. Our favourite weekend activities are definitely having family walks around the nearby Jephson's Gardens and St Nicholas' Park and spending time in the quaint cafes in Leamington town centre.'
