Our Midlands team has helped Stratford upon Avon Foodbank continue its vital support to the local community with a large food donation.

We - along with the contractors at our Tudor Gate development, M & J Evans Construction - have donated £500 worth of food to the local food bank.

The donation containing tinned and long life items was delivered to the foodbank, which aims to relieve poverty in Stratford-upon-Avon and its surrounding areas by providing emergency food supplies to those most in need.

Marion Homer, Foodbank Manager at Stratford Foodbank, said: 'We're so grateful to Taylor Wimpey and M & J Evans Construction for this kind and generous donation. Our foodbank relies on the support of the public to continue to help those in need. We're thrilled to have received this donation and it will go a long way in helping people who are in need of food as the weather turns colder.'

Ben Walker, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: 'We're really proud to be able to make this donation to Stratford upon Avon Foodbank. The work that food banks do both within the towns and across the country is invaluable to those in need and we're more than happy to show our support for such an important cause.'
