Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported operating income of ¥11,559 million, ordinary income ¥20,193 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥12,371 million or ¥70.98 per basic share on net sales of ¥269,331 million against operating income of ¥15,943 million, ordinary income ¥26,191 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥17,400 million or ¥99.62 per basic share on net sales of ¥274,911 million reported for the same period a year ago.
The company revised earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects operating income of ¥11,700 million, ordinary income ¥21,200 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥32,000 million or ¥183.63 per share on net sales of ¥360,000 million.
