TCI Express Limited at its board meeting held on October 22, 2021, declared Interim dividend for Fiscal Year 2021-22 @ 150% (INR 3/-) per Equity Share of Face value of INR 2/- each to the Shareholders whose names will appear on the Register of Members on the record date i.e. October 30, 2021, which has been decided in due consultation with the Stock Exchanges. The payment of dividend/dispatch of warrants will be completed within/before 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend.
