TCL Electronics Holdings Limited (the "Company")

Notice of publication of Annual Report 2020, Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21 April 2021 (the "Current Corporate Communications") on the website of the Company

We hereby notify you that the Current Corporate Communications, in both English and Chinese, are now available on the website of the Company at http://electronics.tcl.com and the website of HKEXnews (the "HKEXnews") at http://www.hkexnews.hk. You may access the Current Corporate Communications by browsing through the websites of the Company(Note 1) or HKEXnews.

If you wish to receive a printed copy of the Current Corporate Communications, you can complete the enclosed request form ("Request Form") and return it to the Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited (the "Hong Kong Share Registrar") by post. If you post your Request Form in Hong Kong, you may use the pre-paid mailing label in the Request Form and need not affix a stamp to the envelope when returning the Request Form. Otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp. The address of the Hong Kong Share Registrar is Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong. The printed copy of the Current Corporate Communications will be sent to you free of charge upon receipt of your request.

Please note that by completing and returning the Request Form to request for a printed copy of the Current Corporate Communications, you have expressly indicated that you prefer to receive all future Corporate Communication(s)(Note 2) of the Company in printed form.
