TCL Electronics Holdings Limited (the "Company")

Notice of publication of Annual Report 2020, Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21 April 2021 and Proxy Form (the "Current Corporate Communications")

The English and Chinese versions of the Company's Current Corporate Communications are available on the Company's website at http://electronics.tcl.com and the website of HKEXnews (the "HKEXnews") at http://www.hkexnews.hk. You may access the Current Corporate Communications by browsing through the websites of the Company(Note 1) or HKEXnews.

Shareholders may at any time choose to receive Corporate Communication(s)(Note 2) either (i) by electronic means through the Company's website; or (ii) in printed form (in English only or in Chinese only or in both languages) free of charge. If you want to receive printed version of the Current Corporate Communications, please complete the enclosed request form ("Request Form") and send it to the Company c/o Tricor Tengis Limited (the "Hong Kong Share Registrar") by post. If you post your Request Form in Hong Kong, you may use the pre-paid mailing label in the Request Form and need not affix a stamp to the envelope when returning the Request Form. Otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp. The address of the Hong Kong Share Registrar is Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong. The Request Form may also be downloaded from the Company's website at http://electronics.tcl.com for five years from the date of first publication or the website of HKEXnews at http://www.hkexnews.hk.

Please note that by completing and returning the Request Form to request for a printed copy of the Current Corporate Communications, you have expressly indicated that you prefer to receive all future Corporate Communication(s) of the Company in printed form.

If you would like to change your choice of language or means of receipt of the Company's Corporate Communication(s) in future, please write or send email at [e-mail] to the Company c/o the Hong Kong Share Registrar. Even if you have chosen (or are deemed to have consented) to receive all future Corporate Communication(s) by electronic means through the Company's website but for any reason you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Current Corporate Communications, the Company will promptly upon your request send the relevant Corporate Communication(s) to you in printed form free of charge.
