Limassol, Cyprus - 06 May 2021. TCS Group Holding PLC (LI: TCS, MOEX: TCSG) ("Company"), Russia's leading provider 
of online financial and lifestyle services via its Tinkoff ecosystem, today publishes an update on buyback 
transactions in its GDRs. 
On 22 April - May, 6, 2021, Group purchased a total of 338 375 GDRs at a gross average price per GDR of USD 
58,2630. On May, 6 Group purchased 501 GDRs at gross average price per GDR of US 58,9912. Price for May, 6 ranged 
as follows: 
06 May - min USD58,99; max USD59,0 per GDR; 
The Buyback Programme is ongoing. The GDRs repurchased by the Company will be held in treasury pending cancellation 
or other permitted use. 
The Programme was conducted consistent with the general authority to repurchase shares/GDRs granted by the 
Company's shareholders at the 2020 annual general meeting, and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and 
regulations.
