BASINGSTOKE, UK - Datech Solutions, the Autodesk-focused business of Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) company, has signed an agreement with iOFFICE + SpaceIQ, a leader in the digital transformation of workplace and asset management, that gives Autodesk partners access to iOFFICE + SpaceIQ's Archibus integrated workplace management system (IWMS) solutions throughout the EMEA region. Together, Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ offer a building lifecycle solution, enabling building owners and operators to break down data silos and realise the full potential of BIM.
The agreement enables Autodesk partners to provide an integrated building lifecycle solution - comprising iOFFICE + SpaceIQ's all-in-one workplace management platform, Archibus, and Autodesk AEC Collection - that will enable building operators to analyse and optimise all aspects of their real estate, mission-critical assets and space management. In September 2021, Autodesk announced a strategic investment in iOFFICE + SpaceIQ as part of its efforts to bring BIM and digital twin technologies to the full building lifecycle.
