Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 5,392.850 million compared to TWD 5,519.529 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 457.867 million compared to TWD 573.686 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 476.909 million compared to TWD 537.468 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.2 compared to TWD 4.74 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.18 compared to TWD 4.71 a year ago.
Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the general civil engineering and construction businesses. The Company is involved in the construction of residential buildings, government buildings, office buildings, schools, laboratories, hospitals, industrial buildings and others.
