TE Connectivity Ltd. announced that at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 10, 2021, the shareholders approved that a dividend of $2.00 per share be distributed to shareholders in four equal quarterly installments of $0.50. For the fourth quarter fiscal year 2021, payment date is September 3, 2021 and Record date is August 20, 2021. First quarter of fiscal year 2022, payment date is December 3, 2021 and record date is November 19, 2021. Second quarter of fiscal year 2022, payment date is March 4, 2022 and record date is February 18, 2022.
TE Connectivity Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of high-precision connectivity solutions, sensors and electronic components. Net sales break down by market as follows:
