TEB Bancorp, Inc and the Equitable Bank, S.S.B. Announce Board Changes

On November 23, 2021, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp Inc. and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. appointed Rachelle Marquardt as a director of each entity. Ms. Marquardt is expected to be appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Boards of Directors.
TEB Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company that operates through its subsidiary, Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the Bank). The Bank is a state-chartered savings bank providing a full range of financial services.
