TPS: CALENDAR OF COMPANY EVENTS 2021

Gallarate (VA), 22 December 2020 - TPS S.p.A. ("TPS" or the "Company" or "Issuer"), operational holding of the TPS Group, leading company in technical services and engineering for the aeronautical and automotive industry, has scheduled the following calendar of company events for the financial period 2021.

25 March 2021: Board of Directors

Approval of the consolidated balance sheet and presentation of the draft budget as at 31 December 2020

26 April 2021: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Approval of financial statement as at 31 December 2020. Presentation of the consolidated balance sheet as at 31 December 2020.

20 September 2021: Board of Directors

Approval of the six-monthly financial report, consolidated at 30 June 2021, voluntarily subjected to financial audit.

TPS will provide due information as to any variations in the dates given.

TPS also informs that, in compliance with the new provisions of Borsa Italiana, inherent to amendments to the AIM Italian Rules for Issuers and which include the appointment within its own structure of an Investor Relations Manager, from the date of the IPO, this role has been filled by Rossella Sanna, appointed by the Board of Directors on 21 March 2017, to foster dialogue with shareholders, investors and the market.
