Gallarate (VA), 03 May 2021 - TPS S.p.A., operational holding of the TPS Group, leader in technical services and engineering for the aeronautical industry, hereby states that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held at first call on 26 April 2021 at the offices of Notary Paolo Maria Smirne, for the purposes (i) of approving the financial statement as at 31 December 2020 and presentation of the consolidated financial statement of the TPS Group as at 31 December 2020, (ii) of approving the amendments to the articles of association pursuant to the new provisions of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations, is available to the public at the company headquarters in Gallarate, at Via Lazzaretto 12 and can be viewed on the website of the company at www.tps-group.it, Investor Relations section, Meetings.
