Technology Solutions Company (TSC) (Nasdaq: TSCC) today announced that Elizabeth G. Hubbard has joined TSC as their Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Hubbard, 38, has over 10 years of strategic Human Resources experience in the services industry, including General Electric Capital Corporation where she graduated from their esteemed Human Resource Leadership Program. Prior to joining TSC, she was Managing Director of Human Resources for Cohen Financial. Ms. Hubbard received her MBA from Indiana University and has a BS in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.

Consistent with the company's philosophy of aligning the interests of its management with those of its stockholders, TSC granted Ms. Hubbard inducement stock option awards for an aggregate of 12,500 shares of TSC's common stock that will vest over three years. These awards constitute inducement awards under NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350.
