Ltd.), Ye, Wen-Zhong (Represent of Krom Electronics Co. Ltd.), Guo, Rui-Song, Zhang, Chong-De, LiN, Neng-Bai (Represent of Multilite International Co. Ltd.), Wang, Yao-Ting, Wu, Tong-Xiong as directors; Yu, Zu-Kang, Chen, Xiang-Zhong, Chen, Guan-Bai as Independent Directors.
