Teekay LNG Partners L.P.

Seapeak LLC, formerly Teekay LNG Partners L.P., is an owner and operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers. The Company is engaged in providing liquefied gas services primarily under long-term, fee-based charters through its interests in approximately 47 LNG carriers, 20 midsize liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers, and seven multi-gas carriers. The Company holds ownership interests in approximately 74 vessels. Its ownership interests in these vessels range from 20 to 100 percent. In addition, the Company also owns a 30 percent interest in an LNG regasification terminal.
