Stockholm - In accordance with Tele2 AB's ("Tele2") (Nasdaq Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) procedures for the Nomination Committee as decided by the 2018 Annual General Meeting, Anna Stenberg, representing Kinnevik, has convened a Nomination Committee which had its first meeting earlier today. The committee consists of members appointed by the three largest shareholders in terms of voting interest in Tele2 who have wished to appoint a committee member.

The Nomination Committee comprises Anna Stenberg, appointed by Kinnevik, Frank Larsson, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder, and Viktor Kockberg, appointed by Nordea Fonder. 

The three members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed by shareholders that jointly represent approximately 39 percent of the total votes in Tele2. In their first meeting earlier today, the members of the Nomination Committee appointed Anna Stenberg as Committee Chairman.
