STRIKING-OFF OF DORMANT INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY, SUNPAGE COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD

TeleChoice International Limited wishes to announce that SunPage Communications Pte Ltd, its dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiary had, upon its application and as subsequently notified in the Government Gazette notification dated 21 September 2015, been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50, with effect from 17 September 2015.
The striking-off of SunPage Communications Pte Ltd is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of TeleChoice International Limited.
