(Alliance News) - Telecom Italia Spa announced on Thursday that director Stefano Siragusa has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were acquired at an average price of EUR0.3355 per share, for a total value of EUR167,750.
TIM shares closed Thursday up 0.7% at EUR0.36 per share.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chairman of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane SpA, Chairman for Telecom Italia Sparkle SpA, Managing Director & Senior Partner at Bain & Company Italy, Inc. and CEO, Executive Director, Head-HR & Organization at Hitachi Rail STS SpA. Mr. Siragusa received an undergraduate degree from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
