(Alliance News) - Telecom Italia Spa reported Friday that director Stefano Siragusa sold 850,000 shares of the company's common stock.
The shares were sold at an average price per share of EUR0.2952, for a total consideration of EUR250,920.
TIM's stock closed Friday up 6.2 percent at EUR0.30 per share.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chairman of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane SpA, Chairman for Telecom Italia Sparkle SpA, Managing Director & Senior Partner at Bain & Company Italy, Inc. and CEO, Executive Director, Head-HR & Organization at Hitachi Rail STS SpA. Mr. Siragusa received an undergraduate degree from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
