Norwegian telecom provider Telenor ASA said Thursday that it has agreed to divest its identity data provider to Experian Holdings, Inc. for $280 million.
Telenor said the pretax gain expected for the divestiture of Tapad to Experian, a FTSE 100 credit-reporting agency, will amount to $230 million, which will be recognized in the fourth quarter.
