The Stockholm Stock Exchange is climbing on Wednesday in the wake of the US presidential election where Donald Trump looks set to win. The Republicans also look set to take control of Congress.

After just over 20 minutes of trading, the OMXS30 index was up 1.62% to 2,615.73. During the day, the index has moved within the range of 0.64 percent at its lowest and 1.64 percent at its highest.

The broad OMXSPI was up 1.58 percent.
