The Nomination Committee has been informed by Mr Olaf Swantee that he is not available for re-election to the Telia Company Board, but that he will continue to serve as a Board member until the end of his term. The Nomination Committee will present its proposal for Board members to be elected by the Annual General Meeting in connection with the notice to the AGM.
