Printed copies of these documents will be posted to shareholders today, and the Annual Report and Notice are available to view on the Group's website atwww.tegplc.co.uk.
In compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday 8 May 2019 at 6 Stratton Street, London, W1J 8LD.
