Reference is made to the offer document dated 19 February 2020 (the "Offer
Document") regarding Tencent Holdings Limited ("Tencent"), through the
indirectly owned subsidiary Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. (the "Offeror")
recommended voluntary offer for all the outstanding shares in Funcom SE
("Funcom") against a settlement in cash of NOK 17.00 per share (the "Offer") as
described in the offer document dated 19 February 2020 (the "Offer Document")
and the announcements made by the offeror on 16, 19 and 23 March 2020 regarding
extensions of the acceptance period for the Offer, in total until 25 March 2020
at 16:30 CET. 
Preliminary counting shows that shareholders holding 54,982,850 shares in
Funcom, representing approximately 67.59% of the issued and outstanding shares
in Funcom, had accepted the Offer upon expiry of the acceptance period today at
16:30 CET. 
As a result of the above and previous acquisition of shares, the Offeror owns,
or has, through acceptances, rights to, in total 77,324,071 shares in Funcom,
representing in total approximately 95.06% of the issued and outstanding shares
and voting rights in Funcom.
As previously announced, the condition of minimum 90% acceptance has been
fulfilled. The Offeror hereby declares that the Offer is unconditional, meaning
that any remaining Conditions for Completion (as set out in section 4.3 of the
Offer Document) are either fulfilled or waived by the Offeror and the Offeror
will proceed towards completion of the Offer. The settlement of the Offer will
take place on or about 8 April 2020.
Please note that the calculation of the number of shares tendered in the Offer
is preliminary and remains subject to potential adjustments through a
verification process currently being undertaken by the receiving agent for the
Offer. The final result of the Offer will be announced once confirmed by the
receiving agent. Such announcement is currently expected on 27 March 2020.
