Teradyne, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended July 4, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 1,085.728 million compared to USD 838.661 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 388.872 million compared to USD 217.949 million a year ago. Net income was USD 328.319 million compared to USD 188.908 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.98 compared to USD 1.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.76 compared to USD 1.05 a year ago.
