TYPHOON ARRANGEMENT

FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, 19 AUGUST 2020

According to the notice of annual general meeting of Tern Properties Company Limited (the "Company") dated 20 July 2020, the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") is scheduled to be held at the conference room of United Conference Centre Limited, 10th Floor, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong on Wednesday, 19 August 2020 at 12:00 noon.

In the event that the Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or remains hoisted at 7:00 a.m. on 19 August 2020, the AGM will be adjourned until further notice. Further announcement for notifying details (including the time and venue) of the adjourned meeting will be made by the Company (if necessary) in due course.
