TERNA: S&P RAISES OUTLOOK TO STABLE
After two years, the rating agency improves the outlook of the national transmission
system operator. Long-term corporate credit rating was affirmed at BBB+
Rome, 27 October 2020 - Today, S&P Global ratings (S&P) has affirmed the long-term corporate credit rating on Terna S.p.A. (Terna) at 'BBB+', one notch above Republic of Italy's rating. Besides, as a result of the change in the outlook on Italy's government bond ratings to stable from negative, S&P has consequently revised the outlook of Terna to stable from negative. At the same time, the Agency has also affirmed Terna's short-term rating at 'A-2'. Finally, S&P has affirmed the Company's Stand-Alone Credit Profile (SACP) at 'a-'.
