TERNA ENERGY SOLUTIONS ACQUIRES 75% OF LT

The first national photovoltaic systems operation & maintenance operator has been established

The agreement confirms the Terna Group's role as director and enabler of the energy transition

and as a constant support for the growth of renewable sources

Rome, 18 October 2021 - Terna Energy Solutions S.r.l., a Terna SpA Group company, has signed an agreement to acquire 75% of LT S.r.l.

This has created the first national operator in the O&M sector for photovoltaic systems, with about 1,000 MW under management.

The agreement confirms Terna's role as director and enabler of the energy transition and as a constant support for the growth of renewable sources.

LT S.r.l. is one of the main Italian operators in the maintenance of photovoltaic systems and is also active in the design and execution of revamping and repowering projects for existing systems as well as in the construction of new systems for third parties.

The deal closed based on an equity value assessment of €24 million for 100% of the company.
