TerraSky Co., Ltd., the company's shareholder and seller, Ryo Oishi, the company's shareholder and lender shareholder, and the company's shareholders, NTT Communications Corporation, NTT Data Corporation, Takashi Hashiba, Hiroyuki Oshiro, Mari Ono, Tsutomu Toyao, Akito Mochizuki, Hisayoshi Furukawa, ATP Plus limited liability partnership have agreed with the lead manager that they will not sell the company's common stock (etc.) during the period from the date of the original agreement concluding date to the 90th day after the listing date.
