Texcom, Inc. is a provider of environmental services to the oil and gas industry. The Company is engaged in the business of disposal of non-hazardous oilfield waste (NOW) generated by exploration and production operations. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Texcom Peak Environmental Services (Peak), which owns and operates the Texcom Peak Disposal well in the Fayetteville Shale play in Van Buren County, Arkansas. The Company's well is permitted for approximately 15,000 barrels of oil and gas water per day.
