Textainer Group Holdings Limited specialises in the holding and management of intermodal containers. In addition, the group is developing a container resale business. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

- rental of owned containers (81.8%);

- management of containers on behalf of third parties (18.2%).

At the end of 2018, the group had a fleet of 3,354,724 containers (of which 2,646,031 owned) divided between standard dry bulk containers (3,136,796), reefer containers (156,589) and specialised dry bulk containers (61,339).

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (41.7%), Asia (52.1%), the Americas (5.6%) and other (0.6%).
