TEXTMAGIC Company Announcement TextMagic AS conclusion of merger agreement with TM Ops OÜ
TextMagic AS informs of conclusion of merger agreement with its subsidiary TM Ops OÜ. Pursuant to the merger agreement TextMagic AS shall merge its subsidiary TM Ops OÜ to itself, as a result TM OPS OÜ shall be deleted and all the assets will be transferred to TextMagic AS.
The merger agreement is attached to this announcement and is available on the TextMagic AS website investor.textmagic.com. The disclosure date of the merger agreement is 19.04.2022.
