PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ Textron Inc. (TXT) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $207 million.

On a per-share basis, the Providence, Rhode Island-based company said it had profit of 93 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 94 cents per share.

The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 98 cents per share.

The maker of Cessna small planes and Bell helicopters posted revenue of $3.32 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $746 million, or $3.30 per share. Revenue was reported as $12.38 billion.

Textron expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.80 to $4 per share, with revenue expected to be $13.3 billion.
