TGS Esports Inc. ('TGS' or the 'Company') (TSX-V: TGS) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to acquire an aggregate of 5,900,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 (the 'Options') in accordance with its 10% rolling incentive stock option plan

A total of 3,600,000 Options were granted to certain directors and officers of the Company and are exercisable for a five-year term expiring August 19, 2025. The remaining 2,300,000 Options are exercisable for a two-year term expiring August 19, 2022, and subject to certain vesting provisions with 20% vesting on the day of grant and 20% vesting quarterly thereafter.
