TGS Esports Inc. is a Canada-based early stage gaming company. The Company's principal activity is to provide a community e-sports space to compete in tournaments and competitions. The Company also hosts regular online tournaments as well as provides broadcast production for any event. The Company, through its subsidiary, Pepper Esports Inc., operates esports platform to create and manage player communities, spectators, sponsors, and brands in one place.
