TH Heavy Engineering Berhad announced appointment of Encik Ahmad Yusof Bin Mohamad as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2022. Encik Ahmad Yusof Bin Mohamad has forty years of technical and managerial experience at various levels in the maritime industry that is shipbuilding and ship repair and in the oil and gas industry. Previously, Encik Ahmad Yusof has served various companies as Chief Operating Officer ("CEO") at Grade One Marine Shipyard Sdn.

Bhd., CEO at MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Senior General Manager with PSC Naval Dockyard Sdn. Bhd., Senior Manager with Penang Ship & Construction Sdn.

Bhd., Head of Operation with Muhibbah Marine Engineering Sdn. Bhd., and various positions with Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Encik Ahmad Yusof is also a member of The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and a member of The American Welding Society.
