Th1ng has appointed former Chairman of the Board Tomas Karlsson as Acting CEO. The decision is justified by the company's need for strengthening and renewal of management, as Th1ng is pursuing its business after divesting its broadband operations earlier in 2024. In a press release, the Board expresses great respect for the contributions made by Klas Westholm during his tenure as CEO, including the expansion of the broadband business, capital raising, and the establishment of various components of the company's IoT portfolio.

The Board has initiated the process of recruiting a new permanent CEO.
