	Limited on Significant Matters

The Planners of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, as the debtor's planners under the Central Bankruptcy Court's order dated 14 September 2020, would like to inform the resolutions of the Planners' Meeting dated February 24, 2021 and April 27, 2021 on significant matters as follows:

1. Approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020;
2. Approved the suspension of payment of dividend in respect of the Company's business operations for the year 2020; and
3. Approved the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos Audit Co.,Ltd. to be the Company's auditor for year 2021 with auditors being appointed are (1) Dr. Suphamit Techamontrikul, CPA License No. 3356 or (2) Ms. Juntira Juntrachaichoat, CPA License No. 6326 or (3) Ms. Wimolporn Boonyusthian, CPA License No. 4067 or (4) Mr. Nantawat Sumraunhant, CPA License No. 7731 and the audit fees of Baht 9,000,000.
