Thai Oil Public Company Limited announced that the Board of Directors Extra Meeting on April 7, 2021 has resolved to appoint Associate Prof. Dr. Pasu Decharin (Independent Director) as the Nomination and Remuneration member and the Audit Committee member, effective from April 7, 2021 onwards.
