Reference:	The Company's letter TBK 13 / 0103 dated on February 25, 2021 entitled the Notification of the
	dissolution of Thaioil Power Company Limited, the subsidiary of Thai Oil Public Company Limited

Thai Oil Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform you that Thaioil Power Company Limited ("TP"), the Company's subsidiary in which the Company holds 74.0 percent of all shares of TP and PTT Public Company Limited ("PTT") holds the remaining 26.0 percent of all shares of TP, has already completed the liquidation registration with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on September 17, 2021.
