However, approved the payment of interim dividends from the operating results for the 6 months period ending June 30, 2024 in the amount of THB 58,499,795.90 or at the rate of THB 0.65 per share and the interim dividend was paid in full on September 12, 2024. Therefore, the remaining dividend payment from the operating results for the year ending December 31, 2024 will be THB 89,999,686.00 or at the rate of THB 1.00 per share, which will be paid in the form of cash dividends from the net profit of 20% corporate income tax. Dividend payment is scheduled for May 20, 2025, designated on March 20, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the list of shareholders eligible to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to set May 2, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the right of shareholders in order to receive dividend payment from the company's net
