THC Farmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCPK:CBDG) entered into an agreement to acquire 51% stake in GK Manufacturing and Packaging, Inc. from Cannabis Sativa, Inc. (OTCPK:CBDS) for $0.9 million on April 22, 2021. THC Farmaceuticals paid 1,500,000 shares of CBDG preferred stock and 1,500,000 shares of CBDG common stock. The Acquisition includes multiple brands such as the well-established Ganja Juice brand and Murray & Rocco's CBD infused pet line.
