Spectronix Corporation announced that it will receive funding on January 6, 2017. The transaction will include participation from existing investors, Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, Daiwa Capital Holdings Co., Ltd.,and Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co. Ltd., and new investors, Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, Daiwa Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co. Ltd., Innovative Venture Fund, a fund managed by SMBC Venture Capital Co., Ltd., KSP Inc., and The Bank of Kyoto, Ltd. (TSE:8369). Pursuant to the transaction, Innovation Network Corporation of Japan will invest ¥250,000,000.
