St Joseph's Snow Hill Wharf has been named the Residential Development of the Year (more than 100 units) at Insider's Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021.

The 420-home neighbourhood is St Joseph's landmark development in Birmingham, located in the city's historic Gun Quarter.

Snow Hill Wharf was selected by a panel of judges tasked with showcasing the best Midlands' projects and developers from the past 12 months.

Describing Snow Hill Wharf, the judges said: 'This project has not only created a landmark development, but spearheaded the regeneration of the local community. The high-profile scheme has also helped to shine the national spotlight on Birmingham city living, attracting other investors.'

Snow Hill Wharf features 420 new homes spread across five uniquely styled buildings. The neighbourhood is set to house more than 700 residents across a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with three podium gardens overlooking the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal.

This latest accolade marks St Joseph's third consecutive win at Insider's annual property awards, with the firm previously taking home the gong for Urban and City Living Developer of the Year (2019, 2020).
