Apria Inc. said its initial public offering of 7.5 million shares was priced at $20 apiece, the midpoint of the expected range of $19 to $21.

The Indianapolis provider of home healthcare equipment won't receive any proceeds from the offering, as the shares were sold by majority owner Blackstone Group Inc., which has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.13 million shares.

Apria shares are due to begin trading Thursday under the symbol APR.
