Due to recent material events in the crypto industry that may have caused confusion and uncertainty to our investors, the company would like to clarify the following. The Brooker Group Plc (the "Company") and its subsidiary Brooker International Co., Ltd. ("BICL") as of

20 July 2022 has:

1. Approximately Baht 1.9 million deposited at Zipmex Company Limited (Thailand) trading account and no funds in ZipUp account. Baht 1,847,591.17 and 0.07989444 Bitcoin. The Company submitted withdrawal request and has already received the proceeds in full amount. Therefore, there is no impact to the Company at all.
2. No funds with Celsius Network
3. No funds with Babel Finance
4. No funds with Three Arrows Capital (3AC)
5. No funds with Voyager Digital
6. No prior investment in UST or LUNA tokens
