Khun Tuangphoom Soontaranuwant entered into an agreement to acquire 74% stake in YLP Company Limited from The Brooker Group Public Company Limited.

Khun Tuangphoom Soontaranuwant entered into an agreement to acquire 74% stake in YLP Company Limited from The Brooker Group Public Company Limited (SET:BROOK) on December 30, 2019. Under the terms, The Brooker Group will transfer1.3 million shares and received THB 118.34 million. The closing date will not be later than March 31, 2020. The transaction is expected to close in September 2020
