Deutsche Bahn AG is said to be poised to sell its logistics subsidiary Schenker AG with a deal seen likely to take place as early as the second half of 2022 and value the business at between €15 billion and €20 billion ($22.44 billion), including debt, business daily Handelsblatt said on November 25, 2021. Schenker is expected to draw solid investor interest. Potential buyers include Danish DSV and private equity firms The Carlyle Group Inc. (NasdaqGS:CG), CVC Capital Partners Limited, Blackstone Inc. (NYSE:BX), KKR & Co.
